When submitting a request for maintenance, we ask that you please specify your unit number, specifics of the issue, and please attach a photo. In case of serious damage, like a flood or fire, where your items or business is at risk, we ask that you please call your insurance provider right away. Always call 9-1-1 if you feel you are in danger or there is a risk to your safety.
We ask that all tenants please take this time to review the lease and familiarize yourself and your staff with what maintenance is considered TENANT RESPONSIBILITY and what is considered LANDLORD RESPONSIBILITY.

**Please note heaters cannot be repaired if access to them is blocked. Often enough room for a lift is required under a heater to fix it.
If a repair is deemed TENANT RESPONSIBILITY a call out and repair fee of $200/hour may apply. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis and you will be informed prior to this.
