Westrock Property is a property management company located in North Vancouver. We provide affordable industrial and warehouse solutions for small business owners or manufacturers in North Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Whistler, Vancouver, New Westminster, Squamish and Penticton. Westrock Property is comprised of five partners, maximizing the services and properties provided.
Westrock Property is an umbrella company comprised of seven affiliate companies, maximizing the services and properties provided.
History of the Company
Westrock Property was established in 2000 as an umbrella company to represent Battiston Enterprises Ltd., and the seven other affiliated companies with the purpose of developing, managing and leasing multi-tenant industrial complexes. Westrock is a family business, spanning three generations. Gino Battiston first established Battiston Enterprises in the 1960’s, developing properties with options for smaller scale, more affordable warehouse units. The company was able to position itself as a market leader early on by targeting a niche market of entrepreneurs and small business owners.
Westrock’s portfolio has since grown to manage over 30 buildings and 300 tenants across the Lower Mainland including Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam, New Westminster, North Vancouver, Squamish, Whistler and Penticton.
Today, Westrock works with a similar market of smaller-scale manufacturers, business owners and entrepreneurs. The company continues to thrive in a highly competitive market through our unique “in-house” approach to property management and development.
